Greetings from the annual sojourn to the Riviera; it’s Breakfast Club Cannes tomorrow and since I’m rushing around I need to keep it to just this week’s events, which is kind of a shame because we had 25(!!) BCs last week around the world and some of the recaps were epic.

I get congratulated a lot lately on “what you’ve built” with Breakfast Club. Which is kind, but truthfully not right: it’s not really me at all. Every one of those breakfasts happened because someone raised their hand, committed to being there, reconciled with the idea of sitting in discomfort if nobody showed up, opened themselves to welcome whomever did, and took time to tell people about it so they’d know what to expect next time.

The fact that I did it first is incidental to that generosity, and I hhope everybodythe work and the commitment that goes into this. To all my hosts: I love y’all. And to everybody who’s been to breakfast: come back and see us again.
