As Mike Wrote about the first Hamptons edition :
Recently I realized that I had, like, 5 friends out here and it really bummed me out.
The only way I made friends living anywhere I went was by hosting events, and I hadn't done that in a long, long time.
Startup Meetups. Steaknight. Silent Disco's.
You name it, that was how I made friends.
I stopped doing that. For years, even.
I'd become pretty insular.
Recently, after attending a few of Ben Dietz Breakfast Club events, I thought, "This is so easy that I'd be stupid to not do it here."
So I did.
And it was awesome.
And I feel like I'm slowly starting to rebuild that community that I'd lost.
Thanks again for everyone who attended. What a blast.
