Breakfast Clubbing #8
Week of June 3rd. New Cities coming online: Mexico City, Athens. One-off's recurring: Cannes. And 3x weeklies return, including with special co-hosts.
Hi folks,
Exciting week. Steve Bryant is kicking off BC Mexico City, the NY weeklies roll on with increasing momentum (and new co-hosts), Athens and Cannes are cresting the horizon and over 400 people from all over the world are getting this update weekly. Really exciting. So - feel free to share, invite and encourage friends everywhere to follow suit, and they’ll be welcomed, same as you. Meantime….
The Rules:
Everyone’s invited - especially you.
Feel free to share, bring friends, colleagues, family, anyone.
No agenda, no required buy-in, no RSVP. And no pitches. Everyone pays their own way.
You’re welcome to subscribe. And anyone can join the group here, too.

At my end we talked about the new Century21, splitting Breakfast Club locations between spouses, Star Wars tattoos, accidental Wu-Tang Clan, the one off album on display in Tasmania, Martin Shkreli, trips to Montreal, Pyramid Club reunion shows, college reunions, Philly as a cultural hub, the Bay Area then and now, writing things down so you actually do them, school being out, new puppies giving dogs kids names, fostering dogs in NYC, doodle bloodlines, shoes on or off in the house, spending time on the floor, being a shoe guy, disintegrating Nikes, the art of marking up products for retail, the craft of scorching fedoras, having the right body type for a hat, the film "Swingers" and how it holds up in 2024, Will Welch’s chain wallet, the ascendancy of evan kinori, the rarity of looking comfortable at the Met Ball, the state of New Orleans real estate, officiating weddings, the climate crisis as exemplified by 122 degrees in Delhi, the weird Royals portraits, that Terrence Howard interview, women’s networking groups, drumming as a job, filmmaker meetups, commuting from Boulder, and getting your dog registered as an actor at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.
It was me, Paul Greenberg, Leann Abad, Matt Levy, Ian Edgar, Jen Vitale,
David Gill, Ryan Espinosa, Chaz Mee, Eva McCloskey, Celeste Blewitt, Dan Barman, Sydney Allen-Ash, Ocean MacAdams, Joel Linkewer, Lauren Wallett, Nick Bodor, Radhika Malhan and Jose Castillo. Plus two dogs!
We managed a photo after a few people left but I totally blew it on the auto-graffiti card this week. 🤦♂️. Couple more snaps below to … make up for it?
Ok. See you at breakfast soon.
